The right study finder for your activities

When you organise an activity, it might focus on all or part of your courses, or on a specific course. Hippocampus looks at the information activities you offer and selects matching prospective students for each activity. The system works with a ‘live’ database that processes all data in real time, including when a prospective student has registered. And if for instance someone has been contacted by another department the day before, they will not receive the same email again.

A suitable campaign for each type of activity

For open days, trial study days, orientation days or other types of activity, you only need to create one email campaign.

 

Once created, Hippocampus combines the right prospective students with the corresponding email campaign for your new information activity.
