Hippocampus is a SaaS application hosted by Microsoft Azure that uses Auth0 for user authorisation and authentication. You may be pleased to know that all database servers are located in the European Union.

Making selection easy
Hippocampus uses a smart, integrated selection tool that makes it easy to make selections – directly from the database. This allows you to quickly make an in-depth analysis of a particular faculty or study programme or select a group of prospective students for a specific follow-up campaign. Frequently used selections can be stored in templates, increasing the speed with which you can use Hippocampus.

Any time, anywhere and for everyone. Hippocampus shows you and your colleagues the status of recruitment. This means that faculty and study programme managers can also gain direct insight into the recruitment of their students. Hippocampus provides insight into the student journey of each separate prospective student, even at individual level, for example to study counsellors or staff at a student information centre. It does so in an easy to comprehend manner: The Hippocampus dashboard is even regularly used 1-on-1 in education board meetings.
